Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:45 to 4:45. $240, shirt included.
Nov 17 through Feb 11. Twenty sessions. Tuesday is training: touches, 1v1, passing, the real coaching. Thursday is game day. Small group, so everyone plays the whole time. Phoenix was Rockford United's little-kid program back in the day. It's back.
Middle school. Grades 6 to 8.
Mondays, 3:45 to 5:15. $180, shirt included.
Nov 16 through Feb 8. Ten sessions. An hour of coached training, then games. Kids from any school, any level. If you already play somewhere else, good. This is where you get better at the part that matters. Want two training sessions a week? Tell us on the form and we'll open a second day when enough of you ask.
High school. Grades 9 to 12.
Wednesdays, 4:00 to 5:30. $180, shirt included.
Nov 18 through Feb 10. Ten sessions. An hour of coached training, then games. Built for players who want a real winter, not a break. Any school. Want two training sessions a week? Tell us on the form and we'll open a second day when enough of you ask.
The court.
Keith's McBain Gymnasium got a brand new Taraflex floor in August 2026. Same floor brand that's been under the Olympic Games since 1976.

Futsal is our tradition.
We played futsal at Keith before we could drive. Every winter our coaches brought us to the Keith gymnasium to play futsal. It's where a lot of Rockford kids learned to actually play. Rockford United ran here from 1985 to 2016. We grew up in it. Now we're coaching on the same floor.
How it works.
From sign-up to the first session
- Fill out the form below. One form per player, two minutes. Nothing to pay yet.
- Jakob reaches out within a day to confirm your spot and send the payment link. Your spot is held once that's paid.
- At your first session you sign the player packet, including the Player Attitude Agreement ↗. Read it with your kid before you come.
- Shirts are handed out in the first two weeks. Wear it to every session.
A few game days through the winter are bring-a-friend days. A friend plays free, no sign-up, just a parent's name at the door. We'll text the dates.
If Keith needs the gym for a school event, that session gets made up. We'll text the new date.

Cost$240 for Phoenix (grades 3–5, two days a week). $180 for middle school or high school (one day a week). Every player gets a shirt.
SpotsGroups are kept small so everyone plays. First come, first served, until full.
RefundsFull refund up to a week before your first session. Nothing after, except injury, which we prorate.
Sessions, live.
A camera at the top of the bleachers streams sessions live on the club's YouTube channel. Middle school and high school stream every Monday and Wednesday, training and games. Phoenix streams Thursday game days. The stream is saved. Watch from work, send it to grandma, find your goal. Best plays get posted through the week.
